The bottle came in 60s, the capsule itself were quite big but not too bad. I heard that turmeric is good for building a good immune system as well as works good for injuries too. I tried this product when I fell sick with a seasonal cold, i took 1 capsule twice a day and I believe it actually helped me recover from my cold quite well!
